Kennewick Man Caught Spying in Woman’s Window
A Kennewick man is accused of one count of voyeurism for looking in a woman's window. Reports say that Juan M. Acevedo Moreno pleaded innocent to the one count and awaits trial in September. The indecent started when Acevedo asked the woman to use her shower because he no hot water, although that was a lie. He later told the officers that he made the story up to try and date her or have sexual relations with her.
After the Acevedo left her house, he tried to look into her bedroom window. The officers found him hiding in bushes next to her window and he had admitted to watching her. He is currently being held in the Benton County jail and is being held on $10,000 bail.
