A 21-year old man was taken into custody after police found him passed out in a stolen vehicle, with a pistol.

Benton County Sheriff's Deputies were called to the area of 19th Avenue and Beech Street in Kennewick Tuesday morning, where they found the stolen car with Angel Flores allegedly passed out with a gun on his lap.

Flores was called out by officers, eventually woke up, and then ran away through the backyards of several residences.

Officers set up a containment area and K9 Sable was called in to search.

Flores was finally located and arrested.

Flores was taken to the Benton County Jail.

The Kennewick Police Department has all the details.
