I don't know if you've noticed, but Demi Lovato's new song 'Confident' has pretty much the same beat as Kaye's 'Black Skinhead'. Now, a lot of songs use similiar beats, but I wonder to what extent the artists look the other way when the beats are SUPER similar? Take a listen and see if you think about the beats.
