Destiny – Where Your Boyfriend Has Been Lately [GAME REVIEW]

Yesterday, I bought the game that people have been talking about for the last year, Destiny. It is the next series of games made by Bungie, the makers of Halo. If you played video games in the last 10 years you have probably played a Halo game. Because I have only played for a couple hours I can't give you a full review, but I can give you my first impressions.

Is Destiny as good as every one is saying, maybe. The first thing you notice is that it feels like a Bungie game. As a matter of fact, when my wife saw it for the first time she thought I was playing Halo. Destiny is deffinatly polished and looks beautiful. Being like Halo is not always a good thing however. The enemies that I encountered so far move and attack just like in Halo, which was a dissappointment. They can figure out how to do true footing and pysics in a Madden game, but can't improve the AI. The game is fun and it is easy to get lost because the levels are so huge.

I have been reading that the game gets a lot more fun when you get closer to 'Level 20' but I am only 'Level 4' so I have a while. I like it so far but the jury is still out. Let's see if I still like it after 25 hours of playing.
