Wreath Decorated Truck Grinches Spirit in Hit And Run

The traffic cam picture is not the best, but Richland Police are hoping a few extra details will led to it's location.

On November 17, Tuesday, around 3PM, this truck was allegedly involved in a hit and run accident near the intersection at Steptoe and Center Parkway. This location is where the new Roaster's Coffee Stand just went in, and it's usually a very busy area traffic wise.

No specific details about what transpired in the wreck were released, but Police say the truck is a black 4 door, had a Christmas wreath on the front grill (which may not be there anymore due to wreck).  It's also believed the truck has a black and white American flag sticker on the driver's side of the rear facing window.
