Wednesday afternoon, a would-be car thief found out he's not a very good driver.

Franklin County Deputies gave chase to the man, who allegedly stole a car from the parking lot of the Maverik Convenience store on Road 68 in north Pasco.

After speeding north on Road 68, he then attempted to elude Deputies by abruptly swinging east onto Clark St. but lost control, and ended up high centered and wrecked, as seen in the image.

He bailed and fled on foot, but was quickly run down and captured. He's now facing a variety of charges in the Franklin County jail. The suspect's name was not released.
