Woman Attacked by Dogs in Kennewick Sheriff Looking for Owners

Deputies responded to the area of Payette and N Perry Loop in Kennewick this afternoon. Two dogs had been running loose and attacked a neighbor, causing a serious bite on her thigh. When deputies arrived, the dogs charged again but were driven off. Both dogs in question were captured and taken by Benton County Animal Control. Our office would like to remind everyone that if loose dogs are endangering you or neighbors to please call and let us try and help. These dogs had been causing problems for some time and even possibly bit others, but no calls were made. Our office is here to help in any way we can. Thanks to the Animal control officers for there help! We are attempting to identify the owners and hold them accountable.
