Where to Recycle Your Fluorescent Bulbs for Free in Tri-Cities

Did you know that it is Washington State law that fluorescent bulbs and HID bulbs that contain mercury be recycled? Now with a new program, you can recycle those bulbs for free by dropping them off at locations here in the Tri-Cities. Places you can drop off bulbs are:
