Asian Giant Hornets, roughly two inches in length, have invaded the US, and they've been spotted in Washington State.

We reported on the story back in December that the Asian Giant Hornet, which is not native to the US, was confirmed and spotted in Washington State.

According to the Washington Department of Agriculture, these hornets have been dubbed "murder hornets".

The sting of one of these hornets can be lethal especially if you are stung multiple times.

The Hornets have been known to even have enough strength to puncture a Bee Keeper's suit.

Scientists are saying that hornets have been dormant since December but now with Spring and the warmer weather, they are making their return.

Scientists still don't know how the hornets made it from Asia to the US.

The WSDA says to be on the watch of these deadly hornets.
