The Gelato at Costco Is The Bomb!

It's from Italy, it's about $10 for 2.2 pounds, and it's SOOOO good! I'm allergic or something to a lot of kinds of ice cream, but this stuff tastes so pure. We got the pistachio gelato.

The brand is Michielan Pistachio Gelato. That's the only flavor. It comes in a clear plastic tub and there's so much flavor!

1/3 cup only has 58 calories. My understanding of gelato is it uses less cream and has more egg. Whatever the reason, it tastes great and is dirt cheap in that tub.
