Authorities say two men were "test driving" a vehicle, apparently speeding, and lost control.

Chase began in Kennewick, with Benton County Deputies chasing a Volvo SUV over the Cable Bridge Sunday night.

Deputies were responded to a disturbance call when this guy went speeding past them. Then the chase was on.

Donald Paul Christman, a 55-year-old male from Hermiston, was issued a traffic citation for 140 mph in a 70 mph zone

Officer terminated original pursuit on Canal due to safety concerns.

The posted speed limit on Canal varies from 35 to 40. This guy was doing 126.

Late Tuesday night, driver decides to whiz past Officer with visible illegal guns in car.

Saturday night suspect sped away from police, but chase not given because child and others were in car.

You can still get a speeding ticket through the zones because the lights are flashing for a reason.
