A new study found that ordering dessert FIRST at a restaurant might help you lose weight. Why?  Well, you know it's bad for you, so you end up eating less of everything else to compensate.  Makes sense.  I don't ever order dessert when I eat out because of the calorie-cutting mentality.  But if ordering dessert first causes me to consume fewer calories, I might as well start ordering dessert first then, right?!  Read more on this study here.
