Sting Nets Ex KSD Superintendent in Child Sex Scandal
Three local police agencies teamed up for an undercover investigation involving the former Superintendent of the Kennewick school district who allegedly contacted children for sexual encounters!
The Southeast Regional Internet Crimes Against Children Task force along with Kennewick and Richland Police departments were alerted to the possible unlawful communication with a minor over the phone and internet.
The findings of the collaborative investigation caught 75 year old Paul W. Rosier who currently resides in Olympia WA, and was the Kennewick superintendent from 1994 to 2006 with attempting to meet with a teenage girl age 13 in a Tri-City area motel for the purpose of sex that was agreed upon in the on-line communications!
He first tried connect with a 16 year old for sex and then had the 16 year old arrange the meeting with the 13 year old. Rosier was arrested and booked in the Benton County Jail.
