Seinfeld ‘Soup Nazi’ Serving Soup in Portland

The man made famous by his scream "no soup for you" on the popular show Seinfeld is coming to Portland on Februray 27th. His name is Larry Thomas and he is known as the "Soup Nazi". He is also still the face of the soup company that the show based the character on created by  Al Yegeneh that had a 90 minute wait outside of people waiting to be served.

Now you can not only try this famous soup, but have it served by the "Soup Nazi" himself.  Reports say he will be serving Chicken Noodle, Chicken Gumbo, Lobster Bisque, and Crab & Corn chowder from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Fred Meyer on 3030 NE Weidler St. Expect long lines and a chorus of people shouting "no soup for you".
