Richland Walmart Fraud Suspect Has Distinctive Hand Tattoos

Richland Police are seeking to ID this woman, wanted for alleged use of a stolen credit card at the Richland Walmart Jan. 17th.

Police did not say when or where the card was reported stolen from, but presumably used in at least this purchase.

You will note the woman has some distinctive hand tattoos, which we were able to enlarge a bit in our photo. Anyone with any information is urged to call (509)-628-0333.

This is the first time we've seen a direct overhead shot of a suspect in a store, possible they have these extra cameras in the self-checkout lane which is where she appears to be.
