Richland City Council Could Change Mind on “The Pit”

It has been an eye sore in Richland for quite a while.

Known by Richland residents as ‘The Pit’ on George Washington Way, talks have been going around the table on what to convert the property to. A popular proposal was shot down in April.

Now the City may change its mind again. This time they want a large apartment building!
