Remarkably Clear Surveillance Image of Kadlec Incident Suspects

The alleged incident occurred Saturday Feb. 6th, now Richland Police are seeking this trio.

Officers did not elaborate on what occurred, or the time, but say they're wanted as part of a malicious mischief investigation.
