Purse Snatcher Driving This Green Van Sought by Police

Look closely at this green van. The Richland police are looking for a white male between the age of 20-25 years old that jumped into a parked car in the Target parking lot and took a ladies purse from her. She was sitting in her car alone when the man jumped in and made her give him her purse. Then he jumped out and drove away in this green mini van according to the Richland Pd Facebook page.
