A Prosser man was arrested after he was caught moving almost 20 pounds of marijuana from a basement of a house that was not his. 19 year old Samuel Tlatenchi was charged with possession of marijuana and heroin after police were alerted by reports from a home owner of sounds in their basement according to news reports. When police investigated, they found Samuel Tlatenchi moving almost 20 pounds of marijuana  and 3 grams of heroin from the homeowners basement.

The owner of the home says they knew Samuel Tlatenchi but that he did not have permission to enter the home or store anything in the basement. Washington State law allows people to posses up to one ounce of marijuana without a medical license, but Samuel Tlatenchi possessed almost 320 times what was allowed.
