You might want to make sure you've got plenty of ice on hand or move some food to your freezer to make sure your food doesn't defrost. I lived in Prosser for four years and we had our freezer as a backup just in case of a power outage. This planned power outage will last roughly seven hours and be beware that this outage has been rescheduled from the power outage that was originally planned for April 10th.
