Popular Local Bagel Shop Gets New Owner

We've been enjoying Some Bagels for years in the Tri-Cities and now the popular Bagel Shop is getting a new owner...but with a twist.

The new owner is technically the same as the old owner as the shop is staying in the family which is great news.

Julia Martell is taking over for her parents who retired from the business several years ago.

Martell had been running and managing the Bagel shop for several years but the sale makes it final for Julia to own the shops that are located in Kennewick and Richland.

Martell is hoping to expand another Some Bagels location to Pasco in the near future but outside of that, Martell is keeping the formula that makes Some Bagels successful which includes fresh bagels, baked goods, gelato, coffee, and sandwiches.
