Richland police are trying to find a man that allegedly flashed his genitals at two young girls near Stevens Drive and Wilson St.

The man approached the two girls sitting in an older 4 door tan passenger car on September 26th just after 3:45 pm. He talked to the girls and when then got closer he flashed his genitals.

The girls ran away but the man kept calling to them until he gave up and drove away.

The passenger car reportedly has an orange license plate and may have an american flag on the plate cover or the plate itself.

Richland police describe the man as:

"a Hispanic male in his mid 30’s with curly hair and two large moles on his face. At the time of the incident the male was reportedly wearing a bright green t-shirt with white sleeves and black pants."

Richland PD is current investigating an incident which occurred on September 26th, at approximately 3:45 pm in the area of Stevens Drive and Wilson St. The alleged incident involved two young juvenile females who were playing in the area and were contacted by a male subject sitting in his vehicle. The male subject spoke with the females and exposed his genitals to them as they approached. The females ran way and the male continued to call to them before driving away in an older tan 4-door passenger car. The vehicle reportedly had an orange license plate holder and may have an American Flag either on or near the license plate.

The male was described as a Hispanic male in his mid 30’s with curly hair and two large moles on his face. At the time of the incident the male was reportedly wearing a bright green t-shirt with white sleeves and black pants.

We have notified Chief Joseph Middle School, however it does not appear it is directly related to the school or any of its students.
