Pasco Police's K9 Elan was on the job and taking a bite out of crime with a suspected robbery suspect that was hidden in a house crawlspace.

According to a report from the Pasco Police, here is how the situation unfolded:
Antonio Lopez Alfaro, of Pasco, was arrested today after a stand-off on the 200-block of N Owen Avenue and was booked into Franklin County Jail on investigative holds for Robbery 2nd Degree, Assault 2nd Degree and Kidnapping.
Alfaro was eventually located hiding in the house crawlspace and was arrested with a bite by #K9Elan.
According to the Police, Alfaro had choked a victim to the point of passing out. Officers continued to follow up on the case and discovered the suspect was hiding out on N. Owen in Pasco
SWAT teams from the area surrounded the home along with K9 Elan. It was a standoff and after getting a warrant to search the home, K9 Elan was let loose to find Alfaro.
Alfaro was discovered in a house crawlspace and he wouldn't surrender, that's when K9 Elan took a bite out of the suspect who then surrendered. EMT's treated Alfaro who was then transported to jail
K9 Elan is proving that committing crimes is going to get you caught and perhaps even bitten by a K9 officer. I know I wouldn't want to come across an angry K9 Officer.
