A Pasco daycare that came under fire a few months ago for shaving a child's eyebrows has been found innocent of any wrong doing.

The incident supposedly happened at a Boys and Girls Club daycare at Columbia Basin College. Two mother's claimed that their children had their eyebrows shaved by daycare staff.

An investigation was started by The Washington State Department of Early Learning (DEL).

Frank Ordway, Assistant Director of Government and Community Relations for the DEL said, “We have determined that there is no valid complaints and there’s no indication of anything that put children in danger or treated them in any negative way at all at the center."
