A lot of people didn't know just exactly what Paris Hilton's purpose was when she signed to Cash Money Records earlier this year. Her only notable contribution was her appearance in Rich Gang's 'Tapout' video. Even Limp Bizkit got a feature on the 'Rich Gang' album while Hilton's vocals were left out. It wasn't looking too good for the hotel empire heiress. Until now.

A teaser video for her new song, 'Good Time,' was recently released and it features Hilton strutting and posing in a misty, wet atmosphere. Birdman and Lil Wayne are seen in the club.

Wayne, wearing red sunglasses, is featured on the song.

The snippet of the track isn't anything too out of the ordinary as it features the EDM-style pop that has been dominating radio. That's fair enough, because that's pretty much what Hilton said she was aiming for in her interview with MTV's 'RapFix Live' earlier this week.

Hilton also said she wrote all of the songs for her upcoming album and she's definitely not rapping on the effort. Flo Rida and Snoop Dogg are two of the features on the album, which is due sometime next year.

With Cash Money's backing, it's very likely this project will be more successful than her 2006 self-titled debut. 'Paris' actually received decent critical reviews considering how people were closed to the idea of her making an album because she's Paris Hilton. The album sold 197,000 units.
