A little over a year ago, a woman hit and killed a bicyclist while high on pills.

Court records say Shantel Witt was "impaired on her dog’s medication at the time of the crash." The victim was Marika Stone, 38, a dentist from Bend. Stone's estate is suing the 41 year-old Witt for $32 million. Witt has been charged with first-degree manslaughter.

Witt was intoxicated on "The Holy Trinity", a trio of prescription pills which included her dog's prescription for Xanax, which was filled two days prior.
