A Moses Lake man was arrested for an alleged illegal pot business and this was the second time in five years. Stephen R. Sandberg was arrested at his home in Moses Lake by Grant County’s Inter-agency Narcotics Enforcement Team according to news reports. They seized 75 marijuana plants, 15 pounds of processed pot, and other cannabis byproducts like wax and other concentrates.

Sheriff Tom Jones said that “Mr. Sandberg is not a licensed marijuana retailer, and the law states that those applying for a retailer’s license cannot have a felony conviction in the last 10 years,” Sandberg was arrested at the same address at his home back in 2012 and convicted of unlawful manufacture and possession of marijuana.
