Well, here we go again, thanks to a storm system in the Gulf of Alaska that is headed our way.

But good news for us in the Mid-Columbia Valley, it won't be really too much more than just a little rain and maybe a few snowflakes. That will take place early tomorrow morning.  And while we are going to escape the heavy snowfall in the Tri, we are gonna get very windy again Thursday and Friday.  I've heard on local weather reports that we will probably have a high wind warning issued for Thursday and/or Friday. But, the bright side is that we are not going to get the massive snow, that will stay in the Blues and the Cascades. The Blue Mountains are looking for up to 2' of snow with this storm system and just as much or more for the Cascades. Now, how about a little bit of good news! It looks like it's gonna be a pretty nice weekend. Expect sunny conditions and calm winds. I've checked the extended forecast on several different webpages, and it's gonna be a nice upcoming week. Next week we will have highs in the mid to upper50's and partly sunny to mostly sunny conditions! Yay for Spring just around the corner!
