Man Rips off $1000 in Tools out From Kennewick Truck in DAYLIGHT!

Watch out for your valuables if you're driving a truck with an open bed. Apparently, broad daylight isn't a deterrent.

A man stole around $1,000 in tools from a truck at the Kennewick Wal-Mart. That happened in the middle of the day.
