Man Busted, Woman Sought for Violent Pasco Assault

Pasco police are seeking the woman pictured in our story, for her role in the brutal beating of another woman Monday night.

Artemisa “Payasa” Sanchez is wanted for allegedly triggering the altercation. The victim reported to Pasco police she was in a home at 14th and Court when she got in a fight with Sanchez. Then Sanchez's boyfriend, Calvin Z. “Indio” Paul, 29, came running in and hit the victim twice before stomping on her chest. The pair then left the house and the victim reported the crime. She had multiple bruises and lacerations.

Then the following morning, officers followed up at that home, and heard noise in the backyard and saw activity. They found Paul hiding behind a box.  He had traces of crystal meth in his pockets along with a loaded semi-automatic pistol with a round in the chamber. Paul, who is not allowed to possess a weapon, is now in the Franklin County jail on multiple charges.
