Kennewick Schools Supply Over 60K Breakfasts, Lunches to Kids

As of April 2, Kennewick Schools report they given out 31,844 breakfasts and lunches for school children in the district.

That's a combined 63,688 meals, quite a few!�� Most of these children already utilize the school breakfast and/or lunch program  and the District has already resources in place to provide for the children while they were in school, so this is a continuation of the program.

At several dozen pick up sites around town, students have been able to grab and go the meals. KSD also wants to alert parents they have a lot of other resources available to help during the COVID period.
