An early morning hit and run has Kennewick Police searching for a suspect.

According to a report from KPD, officers responded to a vehicle vs pedestrian report at the 300 block of N Volland St this morning on 9/3/21.

It appeared a female and a male, later identified as Jesus Eduardo Fernandez (31) were in a verbal argument.

As Fernandez was leaving the location, the female was struck by Fernandez’s truck causing injuries.

The female was transported to a local hospital for her injuries.

Fernandez left in his white 2005 Chevrolet Silverado Washington, License Plate C39989V towards W Canal Dr. Through the investigation, Probable Cause was developed for Fernandez for Felony Hit and Run.
