K9 IVAN Gets the Job Done, “That Dog is No Joke”

Kennewick Police were called to a residence Friday in the 6600 block of Umatilla Avenue on a report of a man armed with a knife chasing his roommates.

At the time, not all of the residents were accounted for and it was believed that there may be some injured in the home.

Officers attempted to make contact with the suspect, 29-year-old Marcus Frank, who refused all commands.  He was not cooperative.

Once K9 Ivan got on the scene...the suspect was safely apprehended.
