“Influenced” Driver Stops Vehicle in Middle of Road Near Walmart

We're wondering what police were referring to when they said driver was using an "inhalant?" was it related to her arrest?

Monday night, around 10:10PM police were called to the intersection of S. Quillan Street and West 28th, about a vehicle that was stopped in the middle of the eastbound lanes of 28th,  just east of Walmart.

Inside the vehicle 58-year-old  Barb Yarnall was inside, the driver, police said she was in the process of using an "inhalant" but didn't say specifically what it was.

She was arrested for Being in Physical Control of a Motor Vehicle while Under the Influence, and her vehicle was towed. No accidents occurred due to the incident, but it does come across as kind of weird...!
