Here’s Why Some Kennewick Homes Have Had NO Irrigation

I love my lawn and I love my home grown veggies so I gotta tell ya, this would drive me bonkers. A bunch of homes, about 40 in Kennewick, have had no irrigation because the water line serving them was private. Then new home construction started near there and they ripped the line out! KID is doing what they can but has no ownership of this irrigation. But wait! You can just use city water for your lawn and garden! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ or not.
