Here’s Who Should Win at the Emmy’s but Probably Won’t
The nominations for the 2016 Emmy Awards came out, and it's pretty much the same list as last year. However, some categories have shifted around a bit. Not sure if they've shifted enough to see changes in the winners, though. The Best Lead Actress in a Drama category (for example) is exactly the same except Kerri Russell has been nominated for her role in The Americans, instead of Elisabeth Moss for her role in Mad Men.
The winner last year, was Viola Davis for How to Get Away With Murder (which was well deserved), and this year she'll probably take it again, even though I think Tatiana Maslany should take home the statue for her roll(s) in Orphan Black (if you haven't checked that show out, put it at the top of your list!. And in the comedy category, Aziz Ansari's Master of None is so fresh and original, but not sure if the Emmy voters will embrace its out-of-the-box vibe. So, here is a list of who should win this year, but probably won't. Who knows, though, they could always surprise us!
