Help Catch a Kennewick Pervert

The Kennewick Police are looking for a Hispanic man driving this car.

He allegedly was masturbating in the Lampson Stadium parking lot as Kennewick High students were walking by. The vehicle left about 10 minutes later. The car is possibly a dark color 2000's Audi Sedan. A partial plate of ADV-**** was on the vehicle.
