Edison Road Construction to Cause Long Delays Til August

Expect long delays and lane closures on Edison the city of Kennewick warns starting today. Reports say they are making lots of changes to "widen Edison Street between Clearwater Ave. and Canal Dr. just south of Hood Ave. and north of Okanogan Ave". They are "street lights, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, two pedestrian crossings, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, signing, striping and traffic signal revisions".

Delays are expected until August.
