Don’t Miss Fair Fun & Pop up Day Tomorrow in Kennewick

It's usually the Best Week of Summer this week with the Benton Franklin Fair and Rodeo and normally we'd have a parade tomorrow but because of COVID-19, it's a no go for 2020.

The good news is the kids can get a taste of the fair tomorrow with the first-ever Fair Fun & Pop Up Day tomorrow in downtown Kennewick.

The Benton Franklin Fair and Rodeo posted details about the event on their Facebook page

Here is what the posting says:

While we are sad that we can't gather in downtown Kennewick this year for our annual Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo Grand Parade, we are excited to announce that downtown Kennewick is hosting a Fair Fun & pop-up day.

Join us at 10 am on Saturday, August 22 for a small taste of the Fair and some pop-up shopping.

Our 2020 Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo Queen Lexy Hibbs and honorary Grand Marshal Eddie Spaghetti the Dog will be parading the streets.

You might remember Eddie the dog for his popular bucket list. One of the items on his bucket list was to be in our parade.

Although this isn’t quite the parade we were expecting, we are happy to help him check an item off his list. If you can't make it downtown, we will be streaming it live on our Facebook on at 11 a.m.
