Does Richland Need More Roundabouts and Bridges Over the Columbia? [POLL]

I've lived in Tri-Cities for over 25 years and yes traffic is notably worse each year. I have a very short commute each day but I do have to cross the Blue Bridge to and from work so what should the traffic planners do to fix some of our most congested roadways??

I'm thinking another bridge over the Columbia River might help or some other way for Hanford workers to commute... also no one is mentioning highway 395 which goes right through the heart of Kennewick and is very congested at certain times of the day...take the poll let's see if we can figure this out!!
