Do You Recognize This COVID Mask? Theft Suspect Sought

Richland Police didn't say when the theft occurred, but they're looking to ID this suspect.

She's accused of stealing a number of items from the Walmart in Richland recently.

A look at the cart shows quite a bit of stuff, police didn't say if all of it was stolen, or hidden under other merchandise.

This is now the 5th such suspect(s) whose identity has been harder to determine due to COVID masks. Some of the previous cases would have likely had more leads by now, say some authorities.
