Did You See The Horrific Accident on 4th & Morain Yesterday?

There was a horrible collision yesterday at the intersection of 4th Avenue and Morain in central Kennewick yesterday (9-18-19) that sent 3 people to the hospital and totaled both vehicles. Kennewick police would like to talk to you if you witnessed the accident which occurred at around 6:45 pm
