Did This 73 Year-Old Beat His Wife With a Skillet?

A 73 year-old man was booked on a felony charge after his wife called police, telling them he was beating her with a fry pan.

Police said the woman, 62, had visible injuries. She described her husband repeatedly hitting her with a pan on the head, back, and hands.

Police say the assault seemed unprovoked, and the man had been in an adverse mood for most of the day.

He was charged with domestic violence (second-degree assault), which is a class B felony.
