A Franklin County Superior Court judge has dismissed six of seven allegations against a Pasco teacher that claimed he touched children inappropriately during teaching and tutoring sessions. Prosecutors are moving forward with the seventh.

Edwin Markham Elementary teacher Rudy Hoglen -- who's been on paid administrative leave since March 21 -- posted a bond after being told he either had to turn himself in or post the $25K bond.

The dismissed allegations allegedly occurred during the 2017-18 school year. His trial for the single charge still standing is set for July 31. According to the complaint, Hoglen was accused of touching various areas on the students during before-school tutoring sessions. Deputies were called to the school March 21 after the allegations came to light.
