11 Died This Year, Including 1 in Franklin Co. from Flu in WA

Flu season is here and it's got a "take no prisoners" approach for 2019 & 2020. So far, there have been 39,000 hospitalizations and 2,100 deaths related to the flu in the United States in 2019. 11 of those deaths have been in Washington state. One person has died in Franklin County.

Get your flu vaccine. If you have the flu already, you're urged to wash your hands (obviously), cover your coughs, and stay home to prevent any spreading.
